How does the free trial work?
Download Lynx and open it — every Pro feature is on for 14 days. No card, no account, no automatic charge. When the trial ends, Lynx becomes the free version until you buy Pro.
Monthly, yearly or lifetime — which should I choose?
Yearly costs half of paying monthly. Lifetime is one payment for Pro and every update we ever ship — best if you know you’ll use Lynx for years.
How many computers can I use it on?
A Pro licence is for one person, on one computer at a time, Mac or Windows. Moving to a new computer? Deactivate the old one in Settings › Licence, or ask us to free it.
How do I get my licence key?
Right after checkout it’s shown on screen and emailed to you — choose Activate in Lynx in the email, or paste the key into Lynx › Settings › Licence. Lost it? Get it again: we send it to the email you bought with.
Which payment methods can I use?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local payment methods where your country supports them — checkout shows what’s available to you. It’s run by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT.
How do I cancel?
Any time — from the link in your Paddle receipt, or at paddle.net. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
