Questions about buying

Already bought? Manage your licence to find your key, download invoices or cancel.

How does the free trial work?
Download Lynx and open it. Every Pro feature is on for 14 days, with no card, no account and no automatic charge. When the trial ends, Lynx becomes the free version until you buy Pro.
Should I choose monthly, yearly or lifetime?
Yearly costs half as much as paying monthly. Lifetime is one payment for Pro and all future updates, which suits you if you plan to use Lynx for years.
How many computers can I use it on?
A Pro licence is for one person, on one computer at a time. To move to a new computer, deactivate the old one in Settings › Licence, or ask us to release it.
How do I get my licence key?
After checkout, the key is shown on screen and emailed to you. Choose Activate in Lynx in the email, or paste the key into Lynx › Settings › Licence. If you lose it, request it again and we’ll send it to the email you bought with.
Which payment methods can I use?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local payment methods in many countries. Checkout shows what’s available to you. It’s run by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT.
How do I cancel?
At any time, from the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, a full refund within 14 days, for any reason. See the refund policy.
